A Website for Deaf Colorado

The Deaf Colorado website is structured around a community calendar that other local deaf organizations may contribute to. It aims to be a central source of information for the local deaf community in Colorado.

The deaf visitors to the website come to find out what events and news are available. And while there, also see the deaf-related resources and opportunities available to them.

Hearing visitors come to find information about learning ASL (American Sign Language) and resources for businesses to become more deaf-friendly and inclusive.

Between Tabby’s web design & SEO magic and Julie (ASL with Julie)’s community work for increased awareness, the website soon got all kinds of hits.

We’re excited that in less than a year, the website was contacted with an invitation to be on local TV news! More about that on DeafColorado.org/on-tv.
