The client’s daughter discovered Deaf Blue Cats at school and mentioned us to her mother. Upon reaching out to us, the mother presented the intriguing concept of a “dancing crab” logo and we gladly accepted the project.
Taking inspiration from a drawing provided by the owners’ young daughter, we crafted a vibrant logo depicting a crab with a dikenga symbol on its back. The design also incorporated the client’s request to have the claws reach up into the Spanish appellation of The Sambuco Tribe.
In addition to the logo, we revamped the client’s website to feature informative arts education content, highlighting their Caribbean music and dance ensemble.
The short time frame for which the website was to go live by was a little challenging but we successfully completed the project. Woot!
